职位描述:

Financial Reporting – offshore SPVs focus (60%)

-Assist with the books and records maintenance for GP and Funds SPV entities

-Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for SPV entities

-Prepare management accounts for SPV entities

-Participate in SPV entities investment accounting analysis & treatment

-Handle annual & special audit requests for SPV entities

Fund Operations (25%)

-Prepare Fund’s capital calls and distributions (including but not limited to documentation, calculations, follows up with LP)

-Prepare payment applications and related fund transfer (including expenses, investment purchase) for SPV entities

-Prepare compliance reports to meet regulatory requirements

-Maintain LP registers

-Assist managers to provide financial analysis & data from time to time at LP’s requests

Taxation – offshore focus (15%)

-Prepare tax computations for HK SPVs

-Involve in offshore tax planning & analysis

-Coordinate with external tax professionals to handle all offshore regular tax filings and compliance work

-Provide support to meet FATCA and CRS regulatory requirements

任职条件:

-Over 2 years Big 4 audit & advisory work experience with clientele exposure to financial services industry preferred

-Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or above

-Qualified CPA

-Team player

-Able to handle stress and work under pressure

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with self-driven ability to identify, address, and prioritize problems and issues throughout the project initiative is required

-Analytical and exercise good judgment with attention to details

-Strong risk control mindset

-Effective and confident communication with all levels of staff within finance and other internal divisions

-Fluent written and verbal in English and Mandarin

-Proficiency in Excel (Macro writing), Word, Visio, MS Access, Powerpoint, SAP
