职位描述:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily operation of the fund

1）Responsible for the daily withdrawal of the fund, including but not limited to: withdrawal calculation, preparation and sending of withdrawal notification, transfer and deployment of fund arrivals, and collection of investor payments, etc.

2）Responsible for the daily distribution of the fund, including but not limited to: distribution calculation, design of SPV distribution scheme, confirmation of reservation and assistance in tax payment, Waterfall calculation, payment related support, etc.

3）Responsible for responding to daily investors' financial related questions, including but not limited to: answering questions about withdrawals, distributions, capital account balances, annual tax filings, fund/project returns and other data related questions.

4）Responsible for fund accounting and daily compliance work

5）Participate in the financial support and management of the project execution process, including but not limited to: the provision of financial data of the project company, communication on financial matters of project investment/post-investment/exit, project exit return measurement, fund return measurement, etc.

6）Support the liquidation of the fund and the project company.

2. Fund Reporting

1）Responsible for the issuance of fund consolidated statements (by fund) in accordance with the corresponding standards

2）Responsible for issuing quarterly fund investor financial reports (including balance sheet, income statement, investor capital account balance, project returns, fund returns, etc.)

3) Responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly internal management reports to provide financial information support for management's daily monitoring and decision-making

3. Fund Audit and Overseas Tax Support

1) Participate in the completion of annual fund audits

2) Participate in the annual audit of domestic project companies and overseas HK companies.

3) Completion of overseas tax return

4. Project work

1) Provide financial support for financing and subsequent delivery.

2）Cooperate with project-based and Ad-hoc work of the company and departmental business.

任职条件:

Job conditions:

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance and economics related majors from well-known universities

2. 2-3 years of working experience in Big 4 accounting firms or PEVC's fund financial management related work experience

3. Familiar with Chinese/international/US accounting standards and related policies and regulations, CPA is preferred.

4. strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and submit work according to the established schedule with high quality

5. Proactive, strong communication skills and ability to think differently.

6. Good command of English as a working language.
